A state-of-the-art machine park and a production area of approximately 15,000 square meters.
Continuous investments have increased production capacity and therefore the number of team members.
Through the extrusion process, the raw tube is obtained from the aluminum pellet (Virgin, PCR, PIR). After the application of the internal PROTARAL paint, the tube may already be ready to be filled.
During processing, the tube undergoes two customization phases:
° Finishing the bottom of the tube, with various enamel options: glossy white, matte white, semi-matte white, glossy transparent, matte transparent, glitter, and pearl.
° Lithographic printing, during which we bring the customer's requests to life through state-of-the-art machinery capable of printing up to 7 colors through offset printing.

PCR (Post Customer Recycling)
Post-Consumer Recycled Aluminum, composed of 95% to 100% consumer-generated waste.
PIR (Post Industrial Recycling) Post-Industrial Recycled Aluminum, obtained from 100% reworked and recycled industrial waste.
